Does anyone know of travel agents in San Francisco who offer installment pay options?

I’m looking at around $6,000 for my family of four to travel. I hear that most travel agents offer installment plans on plane tickets. Is anyone here personally knowledgeable of such? I’m getting kinda intimidated with the cost.
